WELCOME

In my previous life I was a registered nurse. Dealing with stress was a large aspect of my profession. Using these valuable skills has given me the ability to help my clients navigate smoothly through high stress market situations. The organizational and interpersonal skills developed during my nursing career, both caring for patients and in management, have uniquely prepared me to excel in the world of real estate. As a full time professional realtor, my focus is to ensure that your real estate experience is not only effective, but as stress free as possible. Experience, market knowledge, superior negotiating skills, and attention to detail allow me to minimize the surprises in your transaction. I have a very hands-on approach to real estate, which sets me apart from the vast majority of my competition.

Business Philopsophy and Working Style

My working style is catered for each individual client’s personality. However, I also abide by a strict standard of practice, ensuring that each of my clients, whether buying their first home or negotiating a premier property, gets the same high level of service. I am not simply interested in achieving a successful closing. Rather, my business philosophy focuses on developing and maintaining long-term real estate relationships. This commitment to my clients and the ethical practice of real estate has been acknowledged over the years both publicly through Seattle publications, and privately, via client referrals. I’m proud to say I’ve earned Seattle Magazine’s "Best in Client Satisfaction” award for seven years in a row.

Qualifications and Training

Experience counts in real estate, and I have learned something from each of the hundreds of transactions I have been involved with. Education to stay on top of the latest real estate developments also counts. I have added to my qualifications with a Managing Broker’s license in 2004, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist in 2015, together with annual continuing education to stay on top of Seattle's market trends. I know the neighborhoods, the public and private school offerings, and of course the best restaurants in the Northwest! Seattle is a fabulous community with a myriad of diverse neighborhoods to choose from. Let me help you find the perfect home that fits your individual or family needs.
