I look forward to going into my office each day because real estate offers opportunities to utilize my natural strengths—exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I ensure exceptional service to every client, because I believe that real estate is about people and nurturing long term relationships—not just selling or buying homes. For this reason, I take a very personal approach to real estate. I know that while purchasing or selling a home is a major financial endeavor, it is also an emotional experience.

THE REST IS HISTORY

I grew up, and went to school in Seattle. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Law, I worked as a law firm associate specializing in complex contract issues. While I enjoyed the exercise of interpreting and enforcing complex contracts, I missed the personal connection with clients. So when my mom, Kim O. Dales, asked me to come join her real estate practice I just couldn't resist!

Before attending law school I was my mom’s licensed real estate assistant. I loved watching her as she helped people through the most important transactions of their lives—buying and selling homes. While my legal profession was engaging I wanted the tangible and personal satisfaction that my mom gets every time she helps someone find their dream home. I knew that my legal experience provided an exceptional foundation for a career in real estate. It also prepared me to help my clients navigate through each unique real estate transaction. I truly feel that real estate is the perfect hybrid of my interests, skills, and education. So I joined my mom and never looked back!

I thoroughly enjoy helping the home buyers and sellers who rely on my expertise. It’s my job to provide a seasoned, non-biased, and educated opinion on a home’s value and potential. My knowledge of the market and property valuation enables my clients to make the best possible decisions when buying or selling a home. It also helps to reduce the stress or concern that sometimes accompanies buying or selling a home. That means I am always available to help my clients, whether they have already found their perfect home and simply need an agent to write up and negotiate an offer, or if they are just beginning the home-buying experience. From starting the loan process to searching for the perfect place to call home, selecting an agent you can trust is essential. When I represent my clients in their real estate buying or selling needs, they can trust me to deliver.
